Best Practices in IT Service Management 2008 - France/ first edition

With proud bITa Center – the independent international knowledge hub for Business IT Alignment issues – presents its first edition of the best practices in IT management France 2008.
The first bITa Europe conference (Nice, France, March 2003) also meant the launch of the ITSMF France chapter. This event represent the start of a vision for our international meeting for all professionals and IT specialists, and every year a greater hands on to the topics presented during the itSMF october conference.
Where 2006 was a watershed in France with regard to IT management issues, 2007 shows a number of new topics that will be important for many (IT) organisations action in France and elsewhere. Last year bITa Center launched this conference very successfully in Spain. To quote Mr. Juan Soto (ex CEO HP France/Spain): ?It is very important that this conference comes to spain, we need to focus on international best practices…?

A growing number of organisations in France have recognised that ITIL and other Best Practice Frameworks are more and more the key to IT management and for a number of business processes. To learn quickly the adoption of international best practices can be pivotal to many IT dependent organisations like banks, insurance companies, governmental organisations, industry, health sector, etc.

This is why bITa center introduces its first international meeting which targets all IT professisonals and it will feature both national and international speakers. This conference will be a single and essential link with the conference itSMF of October 16 and will represent a platform of exchange, meeting and deepening of the topics approached then.
Professional present will set out with new horizon and a certification for the most far-sighted.
The international meeting of April will have as central theme the hands on around problematic related to the management of
the services. Similar format to that of Dutch and Spanish successes in 2007 with a very high level of interaction and three
axes of specific programs. A program of pre-conference made of workshops and an itSM evening. The exhibition which will be
accessible the all day will represent the ideal place of exchange of ideas between all the participants. Service manager, responsible IT and exploitation and professionals should not miss this conference.
